Personal Data: The only personal data we collect from you is the information you voluntarily provide when you contact us via email. In such case we may collect information such as your name, email address, and contacts info. This information is not shared with the public nor other organizations. We may keep your message, email address and other information you provide to respond to your request.
Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Data: When you interact with Synapptico mobile app, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable data, such as but not limited to number of times you played certain game, number of times you played certain level, duration of your interaction with Synapptico etc. Information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot be used to specifically identify you. It is only used to enhance the games and user experience of Synapptico mobile app.
Furthermore, in order to improve the app, LevelUp Labs may collect data about software errors, date and time of crash, application date and other non-personal data.
